gastronomical expertise and local insider knowledge to provide an unforgettable experience of the region\u2019s finest food and wines. Enjoy dishes created with local seasonal produce and two spectacular wine paired meals featuring his cuisine and the finest local wines, selected by Nicolle.<\/p>\n<p>Yann Florio, third-generation French chef, renowned for his creativity and originality, will share, over several masterclasses, tips for creating French cuisine with a modern twist. He will inspire us using traditional local ingredients \u2013 freshwater fish, organic steak smoked on vine cuttings, and enticing ways to prepare regional heirloom vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>Nicolle will marry Yann\u2019s creative dishes with the region&#8217;s best wines (and explain what makes and breaks the perfect wine and food match) so we learn to get it right each time. She will also guide you on two tours, exploring both of Bordeaux\u2019s principal wine regions; the Right Bank Saint Emilion\/Pomerol and the Left Bank Pessac Leognan, Graves and Sauternes, where you will visit some of the most prestigious properties as well as key small producers.
