The house is available to book by the week for private holiday rentals in July and August from £4025 – £6790 (which works out at between £48 pp/n and £80pp/n).

Retreats are held every September & October and every May & June with prices from £1000pp.

Artist and designer residencies are held between November – April for up to 6 creatives with their own en-suite bedrooms. Prices from £150pp/month

Train: The nearest station is La Reole, which is a 35m journey from by train from Bordeaux. La Reole is 24km from Duras

Air: Bergerac Dordogne Perigord Airport is closest, and is served by Ryanair, FlyBe and British Airways.

Car Hire: All major hire companies rent from Bergerac and Bordeaux airports.
